THE MASTER BREWER
The Mascagni brewery was born in Quartu Sant'Elena in 2022, from the passion for beer of Carla Orgiana and Marcello Piroddi, who learned the art of correctly mixing the ingredients essential for its production: hops, malt, yeasts and water.
Their passion, combined with studies, technique and that personal touch that can never be missing, has given life to LA MASCAGNOTTA, a 6% Pacific IPA, a top-fermented beer, with a clear amber color and white, compact and persistent foam. .
You will have the opportunity to taste it in the evocative setting of the cloister of the former Capuchin Convent, following the press conference to start the Festival.
