THE NOUGAT MAKER
Custodians of a family tradition that spans generations in the production of Sardinian nougat, our company is the perfect synthesis of two wonderful territories of Sardinia: Barbagia and Marmilla. We are from Aritzo and we bring with us an ancient recipe, a true treasure of Barbagia, and today we enrich it with excellent quality products from the fertile land of Marmilla, particularly the country of Tuili.
Our nougat is the result of slow cooking that preserves authentic flavors and family traditions. This ancient practice not only allows us to create a one-of-a-kind nougat, but in its manual processing also becomes the key to engaging entertainment, capable of arousing the curiosity of those who taste it.
The name "Su Morigheddu" evokes a thoughtful gesture of the ancient nougat makers, who rewarded children with small pieces of hot nougat attached to the walls of the pot in exchange for a little help during the long process. This experience, once reserved for a few, is now shared with all those who appreciate the quality and tradition of Sardinian nougat.
