The Sweet Maker

His works are known and appreciated not only in Sardinia, but everywhere thanks to the promotion of them through the television programs that hosted his masterpieces and the internet, with thousands of views for the videos of his confectionery creations.

She is the favorite pupil of her master Luigi Sitzia who teaches her the art of producing castles for the "Matrimonio Selargino", made of almonds, sugar and aromas and for years collaborates in the creation of the same with her master.

Annamaria will guide us to discover this art, she will talk about the various types of desserts with references to tradition, innovation, the importance of raw materials linked to seasonality and religious festivals, weddings and patronal celebrations. Each dessert has its function with respect to the seasonal and temporal cadence.

At the end of it, a tasting of its Sardinian desserts will be offered combined with the "Festas" wine from the Cesare Fois winery.
