THE WINEGROWER
The Fois family has a long tradition in the wine sector, which began in the 19th century in the hills in the Quartu Sant'Elena area, an area in which the wine-growing vocation is strong.
The origins of the cultivation and diffusion of viticulture in this area date back to the Middle Ages.
The cellar will be shown and the winemaking methods explained.
Following this, a guided tasting of the winery's wines will be offered: Poetho Vermentino di Sardegna, Cepola Rosso IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, Parillias Cannonau di Sardegna.
