CESARE FOIS CANTINE
The wine cellar is located in the historic center of Quartu Sant'elena, in the Cepola area, in one of the Campidanese houses built in the first decades of the nineteenth century, originally owned by a noble family and subsequently purchased by the Fois family.
In the rural part of the house the rooms of the haystack, the stable (lollas de is bois) and the granary (su susu de su lori) can still be distinguished, which constitute the oldest rooms of the house, now used as rooms for winemaking and wine sales.
