Surfing
The Sardinia Surf School was founded in 2019 by the twenty-year passion of Marco Virgilio Pulixi, high-level federal surf instructor, also specialized in fitness.
During the day, working groups of between 3 and 5 participants will be created.
The lesson will last 2 hours in which there will be a theoretical practical part on land and a practical part at sea.
The equipment, consisting of wetsuit and surfboard, will be provided by the school.
It will explain the names of the various parts of the surfboard, the rules of surfing, the sea currents and safety at sea, the basics of surfing including paddling, overcoming the waves, taking off.
Groups will be created by reservation in the days before the event and possibly, subject to availability, also on the same day.
