AMULETS IN SARDINIA
The meeting will be dedicated to the fascinating world of Sardinian amulets, which tell of an ancient bond between the Sardinian people and nature.
We will immerse ourselves in the heart of ancient history through the amulets offered by the earth, the sky and the sea.
We will explore the world of "rich amulets" and "poor amulets", focusing on a particular amulet known in Sardinia as punga, retzeta, scapular, a bag that is sealed with the intention of protecting its owner.
The meeting will have an anthropological and research approach.
