Itaca Festival - 20 June 2024

Inside the "Sala degli Affreschi" of the former convent of the Capuchins of Quartu Sant'Elena there was a press conference to present "Itacà - Festival del Turismo Responsabile", a stage of Quartu Sant'Elena and the Gulf of Angels.

The evening opened with the intervention of the mayor of the city, Graziano Milia, introduced by the president of the Tourist Association of Quartu Sant'Elena, Roberto Matta.

Following was presented the entire program, rich in culture, sports, history, music, workshops and tastings: 42 events in 10 days spread in 18 characteristic places such as Campidanese houses.

After the press conference started the Festival with the first event, that of the Master Brewer: Carla Orgiana and Marcello Piroddi of Birrificio Mascagni have alternated in explaining how they produce their craft beer, rewarded by the interest of the audience present in the room, which did not fail to ask them many questions.

Immediately after the theory was passed to practice, then to the tasting of their MASCAGNOTTA, a Pacific IPA 6%, blonde beer with high fermentation, strong and decisive flavor, which everyone present had the opportunity to taste and appreciate.
