The morning begins with a basketball match of the athletes of BADS, the association "Basket Disabili Sardegna".

In the afternoon, in Sa Dom'e Farra, Anna Maria Sarritzu, the pastry chef of Quartu, who enchanted everyone with the explanation of her "candelaus", a typical sweet made with almond paste and decorated with "ghiaccia reale".

Anna Maria gave some of her recipes, with lots of ingredients and process, then she started to create the "candelaus", showing in detail what she was doing and how she was doing it, answering to the countless questions and curiosities of people who arrived even from afar just for her.

The final taste of "candelaus", "amaretti" and "gueffus" is very apprecieted, accompanied by the excellent muscat of Cantine Fois.

Following was the presentation of "Mastros", a volume dedicated to the ancient crafts of the Oristano area until the middle of the last century, edited by Stefania Sanna and the association Chentu Zenias.
