Itaca Festival - 25 June 2024

The day of 25 June is completely dedicated to nature: it starts with the beautiful horses and ponies of the Carmus which is located inside the Molentargius Park entrance side via Don Giordi, to continue in the Bio farm "In Our Garden", captained by the volcanic Ramona and his companion Claudio.

Into the riding, the master blacksmith Gianluigi showed live how to shape a horseshoe, explaining the process and telling some anecdotes and stories.
Then it was time to ride: adults and children climbed on their backs and for a few minutes they could experience the thrill of the ride.

The afternoon at In Our Garden begins with a tasting of some special organic products, such as bougainvillea and carob drink, and continues with a regenerative walk inside the property, discovering the Mediterranean scrub and the medicinal herbs typical of the Sardinian tradition.
At sunset the yoga teacher Mirko Elia gave participants an hour of well-being through the practice of yoga, then a table full of products prepared by Ramona convinced everyone to sit for a while, until it was time to go to the "Teatro di Paglia", where anyone who wanted could stand by the microphone to talk, sing, play, tell a story in total freedom.
