Musical "Forza Venite Gente - Frate Francesco"
After the great success of the last musical "Beverly INPS", the Cultural and Recreational Association Sette Note e Più, brings back to the theater the musical "Forza Venite Gente - Frate Francesco", the famous opera that tells the life of San Francesco in a musical key.
Young people, conversion, poverty, the approval of the rule, the revolutionary choices of a young saint, now patron saint of Italy, will involve the public touching the strings of the truest feelings.
To guide us between the characters who accompanied San Francesco and the episodes narrated in "I Fioretti", two exceptional characters: the crazy "Cenciosa", the country fool with a pure soul (played by the director of the musical, Manuela Siddi) and Francesco’s father, Bernardone, in conflict between the saint’s choices and his expectations as a father.
We wait for you Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 April 2024 at the Teatro Civico of Sinnai (CA) in Via della Libertà Snc from 18.30.
