Five months and a first great result: nineteen new future chefs from Quartu Sant'Elena ready to enter the world of work.

Nineteen men and women who studied culinary techniques at the former Capuchin Convent and put them into practice at the professional cooking school of the Lazzaretto in Cagliari.

On 23 March from 17.30 in Sa Dom'e Farra they will offer the public a test of what they have learned, complete with tasting.

This was possible thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Social Services of the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena, the Giulini Foundation and the Academy of Good Taste of Cagliari, which gave life to this project aimed at the social redemption and reintegration of labor market participants.

At the same time as the tasting, a free donation can be left which will be sent to the Anti-Violence Center of Quartu Donna Ceteris.
