Spazio Acca Onlus
SPAZIOACCA was born in Quartu Sant'Elena in 2007 and currently manages the Pedagogical Psycho Center "LA CASA DEI GIRASOLI". It’s an association formed mostly by parents with children with disabilities, school workers, pedagogists, educators, psychologists, child neuropsychiatrists, animators and volunteers.
The goal is to help both people with disabilities and those in difficult situations, improving the quality of their lives and guaranteeing that dignity that is often not sufficiently protected.
The Pedagogical Psycho Center offers the following services:
- Educational service for the developmental age
- Socio-educational service for young adults with disabilities
- Internships for university students
The Association organizes events such as "Pedagogical Fridays" or meetings dedicated to dyslexia.
