Geremeas Beach
can be reached by taking the coastal road n. 17 towards Villasimius. At km 18, a road on the right will lead to the beach. Parking, during the summer season, is subject to charges.
The rear dune part of the beach is rich in Mediterranean bush, mostly made up of pines, oleanders, junipers, mastic trees, fennel and wild lilies.
Beyond the dunes, the beach offers itself in all its spectacle. It winds for about three kilometers, forming an arch bordered at the ends by two rock formations. The sand is golden, the grain pleasantly soft.
Water is normally of an uncommon transparency and comes in a range of colors ranging from emerald green to turquoise. On days when the mistral blows, the beach is the ideal destination for those who love surfing or kiting.
On one side of the beach there is a small bathing establishment, where it is possible to rent sunbeds, umbrellas and canoes. In a kiosk at the entrance to the beach you can enjoy snacks comfortably seated in the shade. For all these characteristics, the beach of Geremeas is the most suitable for families with children in tow.
