Annamaria Sarritzu and her daughter know the art of making castles, made of almonds, sugar and aromas, and have been making the Selargino wedding castle for years.

A true edible work of art.

The castle is a wedding cake and at the end of the Selargino wedding ceremony, which brings Annamaria's confectionery work to the attention of thousands of people.
For many years, Annamaria taught the art of confectionery in Quartu: three years at the Civic Confectionery School in Quartu, at Enaip, at the Hotel School in Monserrato, and in Decimomannu.

He took part in the International Fair in Lugano for two consecutive years with Campidanese sweets on behalf of the municipality of Quartu.

He has made pintau bread and Sant'Efisio castle for the British royal family; sweets for the Vatican and for the Marchioness of Villa D'Orr.

For years he has had his own workshop in Via Francia 25 in Quartu Sant'Elena, where he produces Sardinian Campidanese pastries and crispbreads, bread with sultanas, bread sapa and the great leavened products, including panettone alla pompia.
