Il Dolce Quartese

The idea of our artisan laboratory was born from the love for Sardinia, where every day we mix the ingredients together to create pastries, cakes, even personalized cakes, sweets covered with royal icing, shortbread biscuits,  formaggelle, amaretti and donuts.

In what we offer there are also various types of fresh pasta to choose from, such as gnocchetti and ravioli.
